Calendar of Events

On July 25-26, 2016, Rutgers University is holding a two-day conference entitled: “Building an Ethical Culture: Understanding the Role of Leadership.” Joe will be speaking on the morning of July 26, immediately following Paul Fishman, U.S. Attorney, District of New Jersey. 
The conference takes place in New Brunswick, NJ.

On Sunday, September 25, Joe will be presenting at the SCCE Compliance & Ethics Institute in Chicago. The topic is “The Legal Risks of Compliance & Ethics Programs.” This largely unexplored topic will cover:
How can your compliance & ethics program create legal risks for your company?
Are labor and privacy laws being misused to undercut corporate self-policing?
What can you do to protect your company?

Joe will be speaking on “Compliance Program Auditing, Monitoring and Assessment” at the PLI Advanced Compliance and Ethics Workshop 2016, in New York City, on October 18, 2016. It is 20 years this year that Joe and his then co-chair, Greg Wallance, originated the PLI programs on compliance.
