This program will discuss recent developments in the U.S. regarding compliance and ethics issues.  Specifically, the panelists will address the advantages in both criminal and civil litigation of having an antitrust compliance program.  In addition, the panelists will discuss when a general counsel is obligated to obtain separate counsel for individuals during a criminal investigation.
